Time for Tea with You!

We enjoyed our tea time with special friends, Diane and Houston Holdren, Mary Emilee Lussier, Bridget Self and Cecily Davis. Of course, our Gran Willis was with us as well. The menu was one of the best they have had. We enjoyed our tea and our time together so much.



The Menu


Traditional Cucumber Sandwiches

Turkey Pesto Tea Sandwiches
3 c. packed fresh basil leaves
4 cloves garlic
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. walnuts, toasted
salt or pepper to taste
thin sliced turkey
wheat bread

Combine basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, walnuts and salt/pepper in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Blend to a smooth paste. Spread of wheat bread; top with turkey.
