Jolly Times with Jolly the Elf

Our Christmas Elf, Jolly, came back this year with a different message for the kids.
He still did some crazy things around the house, but his purpose this year
was to spread a little cheer to others.
Some days he would leave the kids challenges to spread Christmas cheer to others.
They met his challenges head on and seemed to enjoy it!

The first day he left peppermint seeds for the kids to plant in the oatmeal.  He said they would see the seeds grow as they showed kindness to others.
This day we found him with Damon's wallet. He told the kids to go shop for the patients
at St. Jude.
Another day we found him like this and the kids were to make Christmas cards for those who were
sick, lonely or sad.

Proof that Jolly still was up to some crazy tricks.
He was ready for us to decorate the Christmas tree!
The peppermint seeds eventually grew to candy canes and then it was the kids' job to
pass the candy canes out to different people!

On Christmas Eve morning, Jolly and Jingle (Walker and Lucy's Christmas Elf) left the kids a North Pole breakfast.  The kids had a great time!

North Pole Breakfast:

Reindeer pancakes
Snowballs (powered doughnuts)
North Pole blankets (pigs in a blanket)
hot chocolate
milk

Plates, elf containers and napkins bought from Oriental Trading
Mugs and sippy cups from Target
