Laura Beth's Christmas Centers

Thursday morning I was able to go to Laura Beth's school for her Christmas centers day. Her teacher, Kim, is amazing. I was able to go and help at one of the centers. Tony and I made wooden Christmas tree ornaments and a color countdown to Christmas. I am blessed to be able to spend one morning a week with this class helping with literacy centers and then an hour in the afternoon helping Kim give AR tests. Christmas fun centers were a hit as always. These were the centers we did:

1. Decorate wooden Christmas trees and Christmas countdown color sheet
2. Make candy patterned necklace (what you see in LB's mouth)
3. Open Christmas presents
4. Make Christmas cards for the nursing home
5. Make jingle bell candy cane ornament
6. Make a sticker scene with Santa stickers
7. Eating snacks
8. Make reindeer out of candy canes
9. Make Christmas bell countdown

That looks like so much fun! My kids always talk about the centers that they do at school...it's one of their favorite times of the day.
