J-E-L-L-O

My friend, Sandy, passed a recipe down that we have enjoyed this summer. They are Jello popsiscles and my family loves them. I think they are best described as a smoothie on a stick. They are oh so good and oh so easy!

Jello Pops
1 small box of Jello gelatin
1 cup water
1 cup vanilla or flavored yogurt (regular not frozen)
1/2 c. milk
Boil one cup of water and add the jello. Mix well and then let cool. Add the yogurt and milk. Stir well. Place in popsiscle molds and freeze. Enjoy!
